Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of subscription. Contact [email protected] to request a refund. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for dissatisfaction with model predictions.
The "Beat the Model" feature is a monthly competition where users predict NBA prop outcomes. Monthly prizes ($100 cash for 1st place, 3 months free Premium for top 3) are awarded at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel prizes at any time.
Prizes are void where prohibited. Cash prizes may be subject to applicable taxes. Winners are responsible for any tax obligations.
Users who opt into public profiles consent to display of their username, win rate, ROI, and pick history on the community leaderboard. This data is visible to all users of the platform. You may opt out of the leaderboard at any time in your profile settings.
