Terms of Use

The beta is provided without charge and may change, pause or end at any time. There is no trial, subscription, renewal or payment method. Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.

Veritas Signals provides sports analytics and record-keeping tools. We do not accept stakes, hold wagering funds, operate a betting account or place bets for you. Any wagering decision and its consequences remain yours.

No pick, probability, line, price, explanation, result or feature is guaranteed to be accurate, profitable, complete or continuously available. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.

Use accurate information, keep credentials confidential, maintain only your own account and notify us of suspected compromise. Account sharing, credential resale and attempts to bypass verification, access controls, limits or security measures are prohibited.

Leaderboard and public-profile participation are off by default and require your explicit opt-in.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the beta and its protected picks for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not automate extraction; scrape or enumerate picks; share accounts; redistribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit picks; copy substantial original copy, graphics or selection and arrangement; reproduce the original Veritas Signals user interface for commercial use; reverse engineer the service; defeat watermarks or monitoring; or use the service to build a competing picks product.

Copyright protects our original software, copy, graphics and original selection or arrangement. It does not give us ownership of sporting facts, general ideas or standard interface concepts. “Veritas Signals™” is used as an unregistered trade mark and is not represented as registered.

We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, abuse, unlawful use or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Clauses concerning intellectual property, liability, records and disputes survive termination where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is supplied as available and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on sports analytics or independent wagering decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights. Contact [email protected].
